I am Lou a late 30's Mum of 4 children aged from Toddler to University- most days I look younger than I feel!
I love cooking especially vegetarian (lentils are a personal favourite) but don't profess to be a guru by any sort. Lover of tea, good company and partial to a ginger biscuit or two... if I ever find a spare moment I read (crime and thriller books) and films are my absolute passion.
