You can download and use the guide at home making it an excellent way for new Mums to exercise and create a special bonding time at the same time. I found the exercises were very well explained in the guide and easy to follow.
My baby is a bit older than the baby in the guide but he happily joined in just the same. Having neglected my abdominal muscles and my back in my pregnancy I could really feel the muscles working.
