I have had 2 fast food meals this week and even though I have I did not 'lose it' and give up my Slimavite . I ate them, enjoyed them and then carried on with the plan.
I think this for me was the best option as I do think if I had been hard on myself I may have gone mad and eaten more - funny how we can think sometimes!?
So after 11 weeks and losing 1st and 13lbs so far, this week I weighed in at 14st 5lbs which is the same as last week so for the first time since starting the plan no loss for me this week - I am lucky not to have gained and this alone will give me motivation to not let it happen again.
Onwards and downwards.....
